Returns and Refund Policy: Diva & Dough

My "No Drama" Guarantee I take immense pride in hand-sculpting every piece of jewellery that leaves my studio. If something isn't quite right with your order, I want to make it right. As a one-woman business, I personally handle every enquiry and will do my best to ensure you're happy with your purchase.

1. Hygiene & Earrings (The Non-Returnable Items) In accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. This ensures that every customer receives a pair of earrings that is 100% fresh, hygienic, and has never been worn. By purchasing earrings from Diva & Dough, you recognise and accept this policy.

This applies to all customers, wherever you are in the world — yes, even if you're fabulous and based in the US. 💅

2. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind) For any non-earring items (such as necklaces or accessories):

  • The Window: You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your items that you wish to cancel.
  • The Return: Once you have notified me, you have a further 14 days to return the item to me.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn/unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Cost: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot refund items that go missing in the post.

Please note: international return postage (including from the US) can be costly. I'd always rather sort things out directly, so please email me first — I'm a reasonable human being, I promise! 😊

3. Faulty or Damaged Items ("Technical Glitches") If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement — no matter where in the world you are.

Please email divaanddough@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the fault.

For faulty items, I will refund your standard return postage costs. For international customers with a faulty item, I may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned, at my discretion — because asking you to ship earrings back across the Atlantic feels a bit dramatic even by my standards. 🎭

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return for a non-earring item or a faulty product, please email me at divaanddough@outlook.com. Please do not post items back without contacting me first, as I need to provide you with the correct return address.

5. Processing Your Refund Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank may take a few extra days to show the "encore" in your account.
