Shipping Policy: Diva & Dough

Hand-Crafted With Care Every piece of jewellery at Diva & Dough is hand-mixed, hand-sculpted, and hand-packed by me in my UK studio. Because I am a one-woman show, I don't have a giant warehouse—I have a studio and a passion for detail. Thank you for your patience while I prepare your order!

1. Delivery Destinations

I ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. 🌍

2. Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order: If an item is listed as "Made-to-Order," please allow up to 10 business days for your piece to be created before it is posted.

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery

🇬🇧 United Kingdom:

• Free Delivery (Second Class): All UK orders ship free via Royal Mail 2nd Class — no minimum spend, no catches. Usually arrives within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Standard orders are sent untracked. If you'd like a tracked service, please get in touch before ordering and I can arrange this for an additional cost.

🇺🇸 United States:

• International Economy (Royal Mail): £6.00 (approximately $7–8 USD) — Usually arrives within 14–21 business days after dispatch

4. Dispatch Confirmation

As soon as I've dropped your parcel at the Post Office, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email.

5. Missing or Delayed Parcels

While I trust Royal Mail to deliver your items promptly, occasionally "the show is delayed" due to courier issues.

• Please allow 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (US) after dispatch before contacting me about a missing parcel.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
