1. Introduction This website is operated by Diva & Dough. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the sole creator and owner. By visiting my site and/or purchasing something from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

3. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. My products must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

4. Products and Pricing

  • I make every effort to display the colours and textures of my handmade jewellery as accurately as possible. However, as every piece is hand-sculpted, slight variations are part of the artisanal charm.

  • I reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • I reserve the right to limit the sales of my products to any person or geographic region.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. I am not responsible for delivery failures if the address provided is incorrect.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • I aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (unless stated otherwise).

  • Estimated delivery times are a guide and not a guarantee.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene

  • Hygiene: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Therefore, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

  • Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me at divaanddough@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Right to Cancel For non-earring items, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must return the items at your own cost in their original, unworn condition.

9. Personal Information Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by my Privacy Policy, which is compliant with UK GDPR.

10. Changes to Terms of Service I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to my website.
